Disintermediation

Since around 1995, we collectively have moved the needle related to feedback through the use of various iteration strategies - different frequencies, different queuing mechanisms, different value-chain context integration approaches. But what has been a given is the largely serialized sequence of differentiated roles and their division of labor responsibilities. With AI,

the opportunity now presents itself to "invert" the supply-chain. Intermediaries that serve as different middlemen are no longer necessary with the help of the combination of Generative LLM's, Declarative Expert Systems and Agent automation.

Such an inversion of the supply-chain represents a shift from a process configuration representing an "I-Plant", a serialized process chain of differentiated skillsets, into a "T-Plant". Such a process configuration disintermediates these differentiated skillsets into a single individual, with specialized skills augmenting the focus of control in parallel.
